Practice - 24th September 2011 (Saturday) from 5:00am ~ 5:00pm

Challenger Pros only start after Pros have departed. Instructions to be given by KSA.

6. Tournament fee: 50,000 won

7. Prize
1st Place - plaque and 3,000,000 won
2nd Place - plaque and 1,000,000 won
3rd Place - plaque and 700,000 won
4th Place - plaque and 500,000 won
5th Place - plaque and 300,000 won

8. Limit - 3 bass limit, minimum size 30cm

Dress code - Must wear KSA and PRO patches on the upper left of uniform.

Penalty rules and penalties;
Failure to attend the opening and closing - penalty 500g
Failure to open livewell for inspection - penalty 500g.
Hooks not removed from fish - penalty 300g
Wearing a life jacket on the land - penalty 300g
Lost number card - penalty 300g
Failure to wear uniform with KSA patches - penalty 500g

Other matters;
New pro members should supply own livewell
Challenger Pro members can use anchors
No limit to number of trolling motors used
Torqeedo motors can be used up to 6hp

Article 18 prior practice;
① No practice during Monday to Friday of the week prior to KSA tournament.
However, boats can be launched and moored on the Friday before the tournament, or a boat can be operated for maintenance purposes.
② If boat operation is required, then prior approval is required from KSA, but fishing is NOT allowed
③ If the tournament is a 2 day event, practice is not allowed from Monday to Friday prior to the tournament.
④ No fishing on the morning before tournamnet commences
⑤ Practice on the Saturday before the tournament is only allowed during the times posted above (penalty giving).
