2014 Mercury Cup Open Pro/Am Tournament

1. Tournament name: Mercury Cup Open Pro/Am Tournament

2. Organizer: K.S.A.

3. Sponsor: Marineland – http://www.marineland.kr

4. Times and date: 8th June 2014 (Sunday)
5:30 - Reception
6:30 - Opening ceremony and tournament start
14:00 - Tournament ends and weigh-in starts
14:30 - Weigh-in ends
15:00 - Awards & closing ceremony

[Engines up-to 30 horse power start 10 minutes early than larger boats]

Practice – 7^th June (Saturday 5:00 to 18:00). Practice is prohibited on June 6^th (Memorial Day)

5. Location: Andong Dam (Ju-Jin bridge service area)

6. Tournament fees: 100,000 won per boat

7. Anyone with a boat may participate in this Open tournament, but non-KSA Pro and amateur anglers must register with KSA (for insurance purchasing reason). Dead line for registering is June 2^nd.

Possible boat partners as below;

· Pro + Amateur

· Pro + family member (total 3 people)

· Pro solo

· Challenger Pro + Amateur

· Challenger Pro solo

· Amateur + Amateur

2014 additional

· Pro + Challenger Pro

Pro anglers will receive 100 points for participating. Challenger Pro anglers will not receive any points

8. Fish limits; Total weight of 5 bass

9. KSA rules and regulations apply

10. Awards
1st place - plaque and 50% Mercury outboard discount coupon

- plaque and prizes worth 1,000,000 won
2nd place - plaque and 50% Mercury outboard discount coupon

- plaque and prizes worth 700,000 won
3rd place - plaque and 50% Mercury outboard discount coupon

- plaque and prizes worth 500,000 won
4th place - plaque and Marineland gift certificate 1,000,000 won

- plaque and prizes worth 400,000 won
5th place - plaque and Marineland gift certificate 1,000,000 won

- plaque and prizes worth 300,000 won

6^th ~ 10^th places - Marineland gift vouchers worth 500,000 won each

One extra lucky prize of Marineland gift vouchers worth 500,000 won

Conditions of Marineland Gift Certificates

· Used only for products sold by Marineland

· Must be used within one year of the tournament

· Certificates may not be transferred of sold

11. Tournament areas.

· All Pro and Challenger Pro areas are open for this tournament. See below photos for details.

12. Parking rules and zones (see below photos)

· Penalties will be given for any non-compliance, this includes Saturday and Sunday

· After launching, disconnect trailer and park car

· Prepare boat and tackle prior to moving to the slope

· Launch boat as quick as possible and move vehicles to designated parking zones

The slope on the opposite side of JuJin bridge is also open and available for launching
